What are the COVID-19 Guideline and Procedures?

  1. All attendees and staff will be required to wear a mask/face covering inside the hotel.
  2. Attendees and staff must remain 6 feet apart from each other inside and outside the training room.
  3. Please bring your own water bottle for personal use.
  4. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or if you are experiencing the following symptoms within 2-14 days prior to December 10th and 11th, 2020, please contact our office immediately. (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, diarrhea, and headache)
  5. As a further precaution, registration will begin at 8:00 AM to ensure safe social distancing and registration procedures in a timely fashion.

What if I cannot attend the live training?

If for any reason, you cannot attend you are required to notify our office IN ADVANCE of one of the following options that you choose. You can convert to “The Edge 2.0” Virtual OnDemand option or you can transfer to another training.  Failure to attend the training without prior notice will invalidate your registration. No Refund policy applies, and no exceptions will be made for any reason (including the COVID-19 Pandemic).

What is Edge 2.0 Virtual option on demand?

The Virtual OnDemand option gives you full access to “The Edge 2.0” system anytime, anywhere. It includes digital access to the entire training program, broken down in video format for each training module. You will have unlimited access to each presentation, giving you the ability to go at your own pace. It also gives you the ability to re-watch each section continuously and at your convivence. This option includes exclusive online access to all systems and tools that are fully downloadable for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or PDF format. In addition, you will be rushed from the live event via FedEx, the entire training manual, so you can follow along and make notes as you go. IV. CANCELLATIONS
The tuition fee is nonrefundable. There are no refunds or cancellations. If you cannot attend for any reason, you may convert to “The Edge 2.0” Virtual OnDemand option or transfer to future training. Failure to attend the conference without prior notice will invalidate your 90-day performance guarantee. No exceptions, please. Virtual OnDemand orders are non-refundable and are delivered to you after the live training. (90-day performance guarantee only applies when you attend the live conference). All communication must be done in writing through an RD Training Systems, LLC representative. Customers are encouraged to keep records of all communication. Request to cancel an account with RD Training Systems, LLC, cannot be done by canceling the credit/debit card. RD Training Systems, LLC will continue to treat this as an open account, and the billing cycle will continue, resulting in a past due account that may be turned over to a third-party collection service. Stop payment of an account does not dismiss an outstanding balance. RD Training Systems, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or modify this training at any time and is held harmless for acts of war, nature, or catastrophe of any kind. Medical exceptions do not apply as you will have the option to reschedule or transfer to materials only.

Is food provided?

Yes. Lunch is provided both days of the event. Due to the constraint of the venue, the menu is limited. If you should have any food allergies or food restrictions, please contact our office by Tuesday, December 1, 2020, so we can accommodate you.

Is there a parking fee?

Attendees are responsible for their own parking fees.  Self-parking is $18 per day and valet is $25 per day.

What do I bring?

Please bring your mask and your own water bottle.  Please bring business cards, pens, highlighters a note pad and post its (optional). We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket. No laptop or tablet needed.  Wi-Fi will not be available in the training room.
